What's Cookin'?: Beer Butt Chicken...whole chicken, vegetable oil to rub all over it, pepper, paprika, dry cilantro, rubbed sage, garlic powder, onion powder (put these all over it)...in an empty can put 1/4 of an onion, 3 garlic cloves and 12 oz. beer.  Stick can in the chicken standing up and grill for around 1.5hrs.
